Now just right click on the drive and select Turn on Bitlocker.
Click on Use password to protect the USD Pen drive.

Encryption process will starts now and your drive will get secured with the password that you have set recently.
Note: If Bitlocker is not enabled by default then please enable it through Control Panel > System and Security OR enable it from BIOS.
