How to add Add Background Music to Your PowerPoint Presentation
Open MS PowerPoint > Load your desired PowerPoint Presentation.
Go to Insert Tab >> Media Clips >> Sound >> Sound From File. (settings varies for PPT Versions)
Now browse and select the music file to add.
Once the music file is loaded then go to Sound Tools >> Sound Options.
Click on the Drop-Down box – next to Play Sound >> select Play across Slides.
Ensure that you’ve selected Loop Until Stopped check-box.
Now Click on the Preview Button to know how will you MS Presentation looks like.
If you feel any modification to be done, like Volume adjustment of the background music through Slide Show Volume icon.
