Open your browser in your computer, open Gmail.
In the right top, click on Settings.
Go to “Default reply behavior” section, select Reply all option.
Though, You can choose to reply to just only one person. Keep in mind that “Reply to all” will be the first option in your reply message.
Make sure to click on “Save changes” at the bottom of the General Settings page to take effect of the changes.

Open your Gmail app in your Android phone or Tablet, iPhone & iPad.
Now Open the message. At the end of the message, tap to Reply or Reply all.

On the left side, tap the Menu and click on Settings.
