Because there would always some risks of installing beta updates or incompatible updates.
This may cause the system fail to start which will affect entire business.
How to enable Defer Updates in Windows 10
- Click Start > Settings > Update & Security
- Now Go to Windows Update > Advanced Options
- Tick / enable the Defer Updates Check-box as shown in below image.
Keen in mind that this will not prevent Windows 10 from installing the latest security patches / updates.
